Free Nails inc with Instyle.

It's a great month for magazine freebies, I was spoilt for choice while browsing  today. Although eventually I settled on a couple because spending more money on magazines seemed ridiculous even for me.

I was so happy with the shades, all of the colours are perfect for Summer. I picked the lightest pink although I think I'm going to have to stop myself from getting the other two - They're just so pretty! The June 2012 issue of instyle costs just £3.80 and is available in stores now, get yours before they sell out! I also noticed next months freebie is a winner:

Superdrug 5-in-1 BB Cream

As normal, I was browsing the Superdrug website aimlessly when I came across this - It seems superdrug have jumped on the BB bandwagon realising there own version Which has five main claims; Conceals imperfections and enhances skin tone, 24 hour hydration, Antioxidant protection,  UVA / UVB filters and SPF 15

I'm actually quite excited about this idea for some odd reason, Its a lot cheaper than alot of these creams costing £8.99 for 50ml (Whereas most cost similar for 30ml of product) - These come in two shades; Light and medium Which is a little disappointing, although pretty standard across the high street. These will be on offer for £6.99 so be sure to check them out here

W7 Nail Polish in 'Purple'

Purple isn't a colour you'll find on my nails often, Don't get me wrong its a lovely colour - But lately I've found myself going for effect and pastel polishes a lot more rather than using darker ones.
All of that aside, I loved this polish - The above image is after three days wear (With no top coat!). No nail poishes manage a whole three days with me around! This was really impressive - I brought in Tk Maxx for just £3.49 for this and 'Sliver' and will be back for more!

On a side note, admittedly things haven't been that exciting on my blog lately. I have exams in two weeks time so I'm trying my hardest to study - Although I pretty much fail at it! So my plan is to try and bulk write all of my weekly posts during the weekend, giving me the week nights off for revision. In the words of a true genius - 'Fun Fun Fun!'

My Daily Face...

During the week I am ridiculously lazy, So when It comes to make up I have about two minutes to apply everything  because I'm usually running late. The above products are staples in my routine. I use collection 2000's Lasting perfection concealer in fair under my eyes and to cover any imperfections. I then use MUA's matt eyeshadow in shade 16 Which does a great job at helping to brighten my whole eye area. After that I use my eyelash curlers from ELF which add to my whole lash look dramatically, Finally coat my lashes with my current favourite mascara - Loreal's False lash telescopic.

PureActive Exfo-Brusher Wash

Since I finally mentioned this in my April favourites yesterday, I figured it was about time I dedicated a whole post to it. I brought this in Superdrug for just £3.82 (normal price £7.65), and have used it a couple of days a week since. I honestly understand why more skincare products don't have a brush thingy - Its so cool!

Since buying this product I have ditched the scrub, With this product I get way more control with how much product I use and which areas I wish to target. Plus its super easy to use!
I'm not a huge fan of the smell - but its bearable.

Since using this product my skin feels smoother and clearer. I would consider re buying - and considering I'm pretty tight, that's amazing in itself! On a final note, I reckon you could just refill this with your favourite face wash once this has run out!

April Favourites !

Liz Earle cleanse & polish hot cloth cleanser - I love using this product, It leaves my skin feeling amazing in just a couple simple steps, although I just cant justify the price tag! I think I'll be trying out Superdrugs own hot cloth cleanser to see how it matches up.

Garnier PureActive Exfo-Brusher Wash - I brought this because it was half price and I was pretty intrigued. I actually really like using it and the results on my skin (Full post coming soon)

False Lash Telescopic - I've used this everyday since I brought it around a month ago, It delivers great results which hold all day!

Garnier 7 days body lotion - I love this! read more about my thoughts here

Loreal's Rouge Caresse in Sweet Berry - I don't understand how I haven't go around to posting about this yet. I love everything about it; The colour, the feel, even the wear time!

Aussie Dual personality - This stuff is amazing, I've been using it every day and my hair feels great - Read more here

Superdrug's Tea Tree Moisturiser - I pretty much swear by this stuff, I'm currently on my second bottle and can see myself buying a third - Read my full review here

Garnier Intensive 7 Days lotion

While I love using The Body Shop's body butters on my skin, Its a pretty expensive habit with 200ml of product costing around £12.50. So I was pretty determined to find a purse friendly product I loved just as much to keep my skin feeling great throughout the day.

I'd heard quite a lot about the Garnier 'Intensive 7 days' range, So I was willing to give it a try, These retail for around £2.99 for a 250ml bottle and £4.99 for a bigger 400ml size although I see them on offer regularly (I picked up this 400ml bottle in superdrug for just £2.99)

Like always, I choose to go for the 'Cocoa butter' version although I now have my eyes on the Mango and honey version! At first I wasn't 100% of the smell in the bottle although once applied to the skin I found its a lovely subtle version I now love.  The product itself sticks to its promises, I found it to be both fast absorbing and non - greasy on the skin. A little definitely goes a long way, I tend to apply this at night and still feel freshly moisturised in the morning.

You can pick your own bottle of this up - Here
