Rimmel Kate Matte Lipstick in 101

I wasn't going to buy this lipstick.. I swear! I have a whole draw full of unloved lipsticks, which doesn't need anymore. Although when I saw this for around £3.98 in Savers I had to have it! Luckily This was the last one in the shade 101 which I have been lusting the most over - I think I still need 113 in my life.
 This is my first lipstick from Rimmel and I have been left very impressed! The first thing I noticed when I opened this was the lovely sweet smell it gives off unlike the many unscented boring ones which remain in the draw. I'm a nudey kind of girl and I think this is perfect who want to try something a little brighter without it being too much.
I am so In love with this colour and I am so so happy I picked it up! It feels comfortable on the lips and wears for a good amount of time too. Since buying I've worn it pretty much everyday, and received a bunch of compliments from my friends who seem to love this shade too!
I am so impressed by this lipstick and cant wait to try more from the Kate Moss range, I'm not sure if you can still pick it up cheaper in Savers but you can still find in Boots and Superdrug stores for £5.49 - Its worth every penny!

Wake me up foundation in ivory

When I heard that good old wilko's was selling Rimmel's latest offering 'Wake me up' foundation for just £4.99 - I suddenly needed it in my life. After all everyone seemed to be branding it 'amazing' after its release and comparing it to more expensive bands.
The store had run out of testers and I was in a rush, so I just picked up the lightest shade the stand had to offer 'Ivory'. The foundation has some pretty impressive claims: 'Our first foundation that visibly reawakens and illuminates skin with a radiant glow and flawless, natural looking finish instant anti-fatigue effect, With preptides and a vitamin mosituring complex'
The first thing I noticed is the amount of shimmer in the the foundation when I first tested it on my arm which I guess is where the 'Radiant glow' claim came from. I found it to be quite messy (hints the amount of foundation which made it onto the bottle in the above image) The shade its self was too dark for me and plain orange when I applied it to my face.

I really wanted to love this foundation and have a feeling I would have done if Rimmel made a paler shade. You can pick this up at Superdrug or Boots for £8.99 (currently on offer in Boots for £6.99) or you can find it at Wilkinsons for just £4.99

Primark NOTD

Although I've done nail posts I've never managed a NOTD, so I figured I'd show you this creation!

I spotted the 'Angelica' nail stand in Primark and knew I had to have at least one! Not only where they a total bargain at £2.50, there was a huge range of colours! I picked up the colour sorbet. I choose to pair it with Rimmels disco ball, also spotted in Primark for just £2, seriously when did they start selling Rimmel?

March Favourites!

I love Strawberries & Milkshake exfoliating shower smoothie | No7 Quick Thinking wipes | The Body Shop Wild Cherry body butter | Barry M nail paint in Peach Melba | Miss Sporty's Dr Balm | Rimmel London Lycra Pro in Orange Bliss | Tresemme Split mend intense recovery masque

I cant say this months favourites are too exciting, I spent half of the month ill and the other half studying for exams meaning I didn't get a chance to try out a lot of new products (Although I made up for that this weekend, Spending a ridiculous amount of money on beauty related products, Many reviews to come!)

Like all I love products, the Strawberries & Milkshake exfoliating shower smoothie didn't fail to impress me with its amazing scent. This cost around two pound so a complete bargain too!
The No7 Quick Thinking wipes were honestly a product I wanted to hate, because to me seven pound for a pack of wipes is just stupid. Annoyingly I loved them, I got in the habit of using them while I was ill, I love how moisturising they were on my skin!
I brought the Wild Cherry Body Butter a couple of days ago and its already a firm favourite read more of my thoughts- Here
 I never understood the hype about Barry M, While I loved their Effect polishes I couldn't get along with the two normal nail paints I had, That was until I tried this product. I can safely say I will be trying more colours.
Dr Balm honestly impressed me more than the famous lip butters (I got my hands on one yesterday and wasn't too impressed) which I will be reviewing soon. My favourite shade is 03 which I have currently missed placed, Read more on my thoughts and see more pictures- Here
When I first used the Lycra Pro range about a year ago I wasn't too impressed by the brush, But after giving it another go after the weekend I love it!
Lastly but not least, The BEST spilt end treatment I have ever tried- My hair felt amazing after trying this, I would recommend it to anyone with damaged hair

On a side note, I changed the banner today- What do you guys think?

Rimmel Exaggerate Automatic Waterproof Eye Definer

When I was younger, Rimmel products really appealed to me- But as I have gotten older, I’ve completely forgotten about them. So While I was on holiday I figured I’d give them a chance and pick up a few things. I liked the look of Rimmel Exaggerate Automatic Waterproof Eye Definer so picked one up:
It’s a double sided eyeliner, On one side you get the eyeliner its self;
 And on the other a tip for smudging;
On the left if the eyeliner without smudging, the right is with smudging;

Here's how the eyeliner looked (Without mascara):

And with:

Personally the whole smudging thing doesn’t appeal to me- But despite that it was a great eyeliner. I’m rubbish when it comes to putting most of them on, but I seemed to do okay with this one. It was a great smooth application- something I love in an eyeliner!
The eyeliner is currently £3.99 in boots- Bargain if you ask me, plus at the moment if you spend £6 or more on Rimmel you get a free Rimmel Glam'Eyes Liquid Eye Liner!
